About the role
The Senior Machine Learning Engineer will be responsible for designing, developing, and deploying AI-powered solutions, with a particular emphasis on applied AI, large language models (LLMs), and automation workflows. The role includes building scalable AI components, integrating them into production systems, and optimizing these systems for accuracy, performance, and cost efficiency. The position also involves mentoring engineers and contributing to architectural decisions.
Must have
- 5+ years of experience in Software Engineering, AI/ML, or a related field
- Strong hands-on experience building production AI/ML systems
- Experience with LLMs, Generative AI, and/or Agentic AI
- Strong software engineering, API, backend, and data pipeline experience
- Experience with cloud platforms and containerized environments
- Knowledge of ML deployment, monitoring, evaluation, and performance
- Strong problem-solving and system design skills
- Experience mentoring engineers and contributing to architecture decisions
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, AI/ML, or related field
