E-commerce & WhatsApp Sales Intern
About the role
EverestX is seeking an E-commerce & WhatsApp Sales Intern to support a kids' e-commerce business specializing in children's products and toys. The intern will handle WhatsApp customer enquiries, manage orders in the ERP system, run SMS and WhatsApp marketing campaigns, design and execute promotional programs, and coordinate deliveries. This role is ideal for individuals interested in sales, customer service, online retail, and e-commerce operations. Training will be provided, so prior experience with ERP systems is not required. The position offers practical experience and exposure to various aspects of e-commerce sales and operations.
Must have
- Completed O/L, A/L, or equivalent qualifications.
- Good communication skills in Sinhala (primary) and English.
- Basic computer skills and the ability to learn and operate an ERP system after training.
- An interest in e-commerce, sales, customer service, and online shopping.
- A positive attitude, responsibility, and willingness to learn.
