About the role
The Senior Program Manager / Delivery Lead will be responsible for program mobilization, delivery governance, stakeholder alignment, commercial management, risk and dependency tracking, and ensuring a smooth transition from Discovery to implementation. The role involves leading delivery teams, managing program plans and milestones, coordinating various workstreams, overseeing financial tracking, and ensuring alignment with the E-Futures Master Data Management Delivery Framework. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in program or project leadership within enterprise technology or data transformation, with a proven track record of delivering complex, multi-region data transformation programs. The position requires strong skills in governance, stakeholder management, and program delivery within a complex enterprise environment. Must have
- 12+ years of experience in program or project leadership within enterprise technology or data transformation
- Proven experience delivering at least one complex, multi-region data transformation program within the last 5 years
- Strong experience leading multi-workstream and multi-stakeholder programs
- Demonstrated expertise in RAID, dependency, change, and commercial management
- Strong experience designing and facilitating governance forums
- Ability to work effectively with executive stakeholders, technical teams, and business stakeholders
- Excellent written communication, reporting, and governance skills
- Strong program management, organizational, and stakeholder management capabilities
Nice to have
- Experience delivering international or multi-region programs
- Experience in Master Data Management or data transformation programs
- Experience working across complex enterprise technology environments
