Project Manager
About the role
The Project Manager role involves working closely with international clients and internal web teams to manage web projects from requirements gathering through to delivery. The position requires coordinating tasks, timelines, and deliverables, acting as the main liaison between clients and technical teams, and ensuring projects are completed to high standards. The ideal candidate will have experience in web project management, strong organizational and communication skills, and a good understanding of web technologies. The role is fully onsite in Sri Lanka and requires working US business hours to interact with international clients.
Must have
- 3–6 years of experience in web project management, project coordination, client management, implementation, technical support, or a similar role.
- Good understanding of web technologies, web-based solutions, or web integrations.
- Strong project management and organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects, priorities, and deadlines.
- Excellent English communication and interpersonal skills, with the confidence to communicate effectively with both clients and technical teams.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and stakeholder-management skills, with a proactive approach to taking ownership of tasks and resolving issues.
- Willingness to work US business hours and interact directly with international clients is essential.
Nice to have
- Previous experience working directly with international/foreign clients is highly preferred.
