About the role
The IT Executive at Beam Hela Osu Lanka (Pvt.) Ltd. will provide comprehensive technical support for hardware, software, networks, and IT systems. Key responsibilities include managing and monitoring network infrastructure, ensuring seamless operation of IT and CCTV systems, handling user accounts and permissions, supporting server maintenance and cybersecurity, and coordinating with external IT vendors. The role requires a relevant IT qualification and at least 3 years of hands-on experience in IT support or a similar role, along with strong troubleshooting and communication skills. Must have
- Degree, HND, or professional qualification in IT, Computer Science, Networking, or related field.
- Minimum 3 years of hands-on experience in IT support or a similar role.
- Strong expertise in Windows OS, hardware troubleshooting, and software installation.
- Solid understanding of LAN/WAN, Wi-Fi, servers, and network infrastructure.
- Working knowledge of firewalls, data backups, and IT security practices.
- Excellent troubleshooting, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
- Strong communication, interpersonal, and teamwork abilities.
