Project Management Intern
About the role
Irusri Group, an IT consulting company with operations in Sweden and Sri Lanka, is seeking a Project Manager Intern for a paid internship. The intern will assist in planning and structuring projects, organizing meetings, tracking progress, coordinating between teams, and maintaining project documentation. The role offers hands-on experience in end-to-end project delivery within a fast-moving tech environment, working closely with product, engineering, design, and client teams across multiple countries. Candidates should be pursuing or have recently completed a degree in IT, Computer Science, or Software Engineering, possess strong organizational and communication skills, and have an interest in technology and modern project management practices. The internship provides mentorship, opportunities for ownership, hybrid flexibility, and potential for a full-time offer.
Must have
- Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in IT, Computer Science, or Software Engineering.
- Strong organizational and communication skills; structured, proactive, and detail-oriented.
- Interest in technology, digital products, and learning modern project management practices.
- Proficiency in English.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a cross-cultural, fast-paced environment.
Nice to have
- Exposure to Agile/Scrum or project management concepts is a plus.
- Knowledge of Swedish is a plus.
