Senior Customer Success Engineer – NGFW (Palo Alto Networks)
About the role
Kenzora Labs is hiring a Senior Customer Success Engineer (NGFW) to serve as the principal technical advisor and deployment specialist for enterprise accounts in Greater China, Taiwan, and Singapore. The role involves conducting service reviews, architecture assessments, and providing expert guidance on Palo Alto Networks NGFW solutions, including advanced security feature deployment, centralized management, and zero trust implementations. Candidates must have significant experience in network security engineering, particularly with Palo Alto Networks technologies, and be proficient in Mandarin. This is a remote, long-term contract position supporting a Malaysian client.
Must have
- 5+ to 8+ years of dedicated network security engineering experience with at least 2-3 years directly deploying/troubleshooting live production enterprise firewalls.
- Expert mastery of Palo Alto Networks NGFW architectures, PAN-OS, Panorama, Strata Cloud Manager, GlobalProtect, and dynamic routing (BGP/OSPF).
- This role requires proficiency in Mandarin language. Only the candidates fulfill that will be considered.

- Preferred: Prior TAC tier-3 experience and PCNSE / expert-level network security certification.
