About the role
This role is for a Python Developer with a focus on Generative AI and AI/ML. The position involves working with Python and open-source frameworks such as PyTorch and LangChain, applying test-driven development, and utilizing CI/CD tools like Git, Jenkins, or TeamCity. The developer will also work with various types of databases, including RDBMS, NoSQL, or Graph databases. The company is seeking professionals who are passionate about modern software engineering and AI/ML technologies.
Must have
- Strong knowledge of Python
- Experience with open-source frameworks such as PyTorch, LangChain, etc.
- Understanding of Test-Driven Development (TDD)
- Hands-on experience with Git, Jenkins, TeamCity or similar CI/CD tools
- Experience with databases: RDBMS, NoSQL, or Graph databases
- 1+ years of work experience with Machine Learning
- 1+ years of work experience with Python (Programming Language)
- 1+ years of work experience with Artificial Intelligence (AI)
Nice to have
- Generative AI experience with Fine-tuning, Distillation, RAG, MCP, A2A
- Strong understanding of AI/ML concepts
- Experience in Data Engineering
- Scripting skills: Shell, Regular Expressions
- Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies
- Basic knowledge of Linux
- Awareness of Docker, Ansible, Kubernetes, Splunk, and Public Cloud
