About the role
Asian Star Communication Lanka (Pvt) Ltd. is hiring for multiple roles: Telecom Project Manager, Telecom Project Coordinator, and Telecom Site Engineer. These positions involve managing, coordinating, and supervising telecom projects, including installation, integration, commissioning, and maintenance activities. Key responsibilities include project planning, progress monitoring, documentation, ensuring compliance with safety and quality standards, and coordination with clients, teams, and subcontractors. Candidates should have relevant educational qualifications and experience in telecom projects, with strong communication, coordination, and technical skills. The company is involved in innovative telecom projects across Sri Lanka.
Must have
- Degree/Diploma in Telecommunications, Electrical/Electronics Engineering, or related field.
- 5+ years of experience in telecom project management or similar roles.
- Experience in telecom rollout and infrastructure projects.
- Strong leadership, coordination, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- 1–3 years of experience in telecom projects or coordination.
- Good communication, coordination, and MS Office skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
- Willingness to travel to project sites.
- Experience in telecom site work, rollout, or implementation.
- Good technical, communication, and coordination skills.
- Ability to work at different project sites.
Nice to have
- ZTE project experience will be an added advantage.
- Previous ZTE/telecom project experience will be an added advantage.
