Product Manager (Experienced / Senior / Associate)
About the role
AFiSOL is seeking a techno-functional Business Analyst : Product Manager to help shape the future of Smart Factory and Industrial Software Solutions. The role involves engaging with manufacturing clients to understand their operations and requirements, analyzing processes, mapping workflows, and converting operational needs into software specifications. The candidate will work closely with the software engineering team, contribute to product development, and support demonstrations, requirement validation, and implementation. The position is suited for those with hands-on manufacturing experience, even if they lack prior software experience.
Must have
- Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in Business Analysis, Production Qualification or Industrial Production Management, Industrial Quality Management, Software Implementation or a related field.
- Ability to understand factory processes and operational challenges and translate them into structured software requirements.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, process-mapping and documentation skills.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder-management skills, with the confidence to work with factory management, operational teams and software engineering teams.
- Willingness to visit manufacturing facilities, study production operations and support onsite implementations when required.
- A degree or professional qualification in IT, Software Engineering, Industrial/Manufacturing Engineering, Business Information Systems, Management Information Systems, Production/Operations Management or a related discipline is preferred.
