Technical Lead - Microsoft 365
About the role
The Technical Lead - Microsoft 365 role involves leading the design, delivery, and optimization of Microsoft 365 Modern Workplace solutions for enterprise clients, particularly in the Financial Services sector. The position requires working directly with clients to architect and implement solutions across collaboration, identity, endpoint management, security, and automation, as well as mentoring technical team members and serving as a technical escalation point. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience with Microsoft 365 technologies, PowerShell automation, and cloud security, along with strong leadership and communication skills. Must have
- 7+ years of experience working with Microsoft 365 and Modern Workplace technologies.
- Strong expertise across Microsoft 365, Entra ID, Intune, Exchange Online, Teams, SharePoint Online, and Microsoft Security solutions.
- Experience delivering Microsoft 365 implementations, migrations, or transformation projects.
- Hands-on experience with PowerShell automation and Microsoft Graph.
- Strong understanding of endpoint management, identity and access management, and cloud security best practices.
- Experience working directly with customers and translating business requirements into technical solutions.
- Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and leadership skills.
