Web Project Managers – Hospitality Industry (US Client Operations)
About the role
eBEYONDS is expanding its BPO operations and is seeking experienced Web Project Managers to oversee website development and digital projects for US-based hospitality clients. The role involves managing end-to-end web projects, acting as the main point of contact for clients, coordinating with internal teams, and ensuring timely delivery of high-quality digital solutions tailored to the hospitality industry. Candidates should have significant experience in web project management, particularly within the hospitality sector, and be comfortable working directly with international clients. The position is fully on-site and requires working night shifts aligned with US business hours.
Must have
- 4–8 years of experience in web project management, website development project coordination, or digital project delivery.
- Experience managing website development or digital projects for the hospitality industry, preferably hotels, resorts, or hospitality groups.
- Proven experience directly handling US-based or international clients, including conducting meetings, gathering requirements, and managing client expectations.
- Strong understanding of website development processes, CMS platforms such as WordPress, Drupal, or similar systems, and responsive web design.
- Familiarity with hospitality website requirements, including online booking engines, reservation integrations, and guest experience optimisation.
- Experience using project management tools such as Jira, ClickUp, Trello, Asana, or similar platforms.
- Excellent English communication, presentation, client management, and stakeholder coordination skills.
- Strong organisational, analytical, and problem-solving capabilities, with the ability to manage multiple web projects independently.
- Willingness to work fully on-site during night-shift hours aligned with US business hours is mandatory.
