About the role
The Lead Gen AI Architect role is based in Colombo, Sri Lanka, and seeks an experienced AI Architect or Senior AI Engineer to lead enterprise AI initiatives. The position focuses on driving the adoption of Generative AI, Agentic AI, and AI-native development within the organization. Key responsibilities include designing AI strategies, architecting solutions, mentoring teams, and leveraging advanced AI frameworks and cloud-native technologies. Candidates should have significant experience in IT, system architecture, and cloud-native software engineering, with deep expertise in GenAI, Machine Learning, NLP, predictive analytics, and Agentic AI architectures.
Must have
- 10–12 years of IT, system architecture, and cloud-native software engineering experience
- Strong expertise in GenAI, Machine Learning, NLP, predictive analytics, and Agentic AI architectures
- Agentic AI & Deep Agent Architectures
- LangGraph, CrewAI, AutoGen, LangChain
- Generative AI & LLM Frameworks
- RAG & Vector Databases – Pinecone, ChromaDB, Milvus, Qdrant
- Azure OpenAI, AWS Bedrock & Google Vertex AI
- LlamaIndex & Semantic Kernel
- MLOps / LLMOps, LangSmith & TruLens
- Python, TypeScript, Java / C#
- Cloud-Native Architecture & Enterprise Security
- AI Strategy, Solution Design & Team Mentoring
