Network Support Engineer
About the role
BellX Technologies (Pvt) Ltd is seeking a motivated and technically competent Network Support Engineer to join their team. The role involves providing technical support and troubleshooting for LAN/WAN network infrastructure, configuring and maintaining network devices, supporting enterprise Wi-Fi deployments, and assisting with network implementation projects. Candidates should have a diploma or degree in IT, Networking, or a related field, along with 1–3 years of experience in network support or infrastructure. The position offers exposure to enterprise networking projects, opportunities for professional development, and career growth within the company.
Must have
- Diploma or Degree in IT, Networking or a related field.
- 1–3 years of experience in network support or infrastructure.
- Good knowledge of TCP/IP, Routing, Switching and VLANs.
- Practical experience with network switches, routers and enterprise Wi-Fi.
- Understanding of network security and firewall configurations.
- Good troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Nice to have
- Huawei HCIA-Datacom / HCIP-Datacom certifications.
- Huawei HCIA-WLAN certification.
- Experience with Huawei, Ruijie, Ruckus, Cisco or similar networking products.
- Experience in enterprise Wi-Fi deployment and network implementation.
