About the role
TheRightTalent is recruiting a Project Manager for a leading multinational manufacturing company based in Sri Lanka. The role involves leading and managing projects from initiation to completion, developing project plans and budgets, coordinating cross-functional teams, and ensuring projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to quality standards. The Project Manager will also be responsible for risk management, process improvements, and compliance with company and industry standards. Candidates should have a relevant degree and significant project management experience, including team leadership, and be proficient in project management tools. Must have
- Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering, Project Management, Business Management, Finance, or a related discipline.
- Minimum 8-10 years of relevant project-management experience, including proven team-leadership exposure.
- Strong understanding of project management methodologies, planning tools and execution practices.
- Experience managing cross-functional projects, budgets, resources and timelines.
- Excellent leadership, stakeholder management and team coordination skills.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in MS Project, Excel and other project management tools.
Nice to have
- Professional project management qualifications such as PMP or PRINCE2 would be an added advantage.
