Must have
- A bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Systems, or equivalent experience.
- 2-5+ years of experience in data-centric support operations, including ETL processes, data warehouses, and data lakes.
- Proficiency in SQL for querying and debugging, with knowledge of data modelling concepts.
- Familiarity with ITSM/ITIL environments and foundational knowledge of financial or insurance data domains.
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills, with a keen eye for detail and a commitment to data integrity.
- Awareness of data governance and security principles.
