The position involves coordinating day-to-day project tasks, maintaining plans and trackers, organizing meetings, tracking actions and risks, and supporting project documentation and administration. The ideal candidate is organized, proactive, and interested in building a career in project delivery and technology transformation, with 1-3 years of relevant experience and strong organizational and communication skills. The role offers the opportunity to work closely with business, technology, and analytics teams in a digital-first financial institution focused on innovation and financial inclusion.
Must have
- 1-3 years of experience in project coordination, PMO, administration, business analysis, technology projects, or related field.
- Strong organizational, communication, and coordination skills.
- Good attention to detail and ability to manage multiple activities simultaneously.
- Basic understanding of project management concepts and delivery processes.
- Proactive attitude with willingness to learn and take ownership of assigned tasks.
