About the role
The Technical Officer position is a full-time, on-site role based in Colombo. The role involves supporting the implementation, maintenance, and improvement of technical systems and processes. Key responsibilities include monitoring equipment or infrastructure, performing routine checks, documenting findings, assisting in troubleshooting, and ensuring compliance with technical standards and safety guidelines. Must have

- Familiarity with basic computer applications and digital tools used for reporting, data entry, and communication.
