Associate UI / UX Designer
About the role
Strategic Partnership Solutions is seeking an Associate UI/UX Designer to join their team and help create intuitive, engaging digital experiences. The role involves designing user interfaces for web and digital applications, creating wireframes, user flows, and prototypes, and collaborating with developers, business analysts, and stakeholders. The designer will also be responsible for translating requirements into practical solutions, maintaining design consistency, conducting reviews, and preparing design assets for development. Candidates should have at least one year of relevant experience and a degree or diploma in IT, Design, HCI, or a related field. Applications should be sent via email as specified in the listing.
Must have
- Minimum 1 year of experience in UI/UX design or a related role.
- Degree or diploma in IT, Design, HCI or a related field.
- Strong proficiency in Figma, Adobe XD, Sketch, and modern UI/UX design tools.
- Good understanding of UX principles, usability and responsive design.
- Experience in mobile and web application design (wireframes, flowcharts, prototypes, screen layouts).
- Strong visual design skills with attention to typography, spacing and layout.
- Ability to understand requirements and solve design problems creatively.
- Ability to clearly discuss and explain design options to stakeholders.
- Intermediate or better proficiency in written and spoken English.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
- A strong UI/UX portfolio demonstrating relevant work.
