IFS HR Consultant
About the role
Xitricon, a consulting and digital transformation company based in Dubai, is seeking a mid-level ERP HR Consultant to support implementation, upgrade, and support projects for ERP systems, with a focus on the IFS HR module. The role involves working closely with customers, senior consultants, and internal teams to gather requirements, document business processes, configure solutions, prepare training materials, and support testing activities. Candidates will gain exposure to the latest IFS versions and other emerging technologies. The position requires 2–4 years of experience in ERP or HR systems, a relevant bachelor's degree, and hands-on exposure to ERP projects. Must have
- 2–4 years of experience in ERP, HR systems, business applications, or application support.
- Bachelor’s degree in information technology, computer science, human resources, business administration, engineering, or a related discipline.
- Hands-on exposure to ERP implementation, upgrade, rollout, or support projects.
- Good understanding of payroll, time management, leave management, employee master data, or HR business processes.
- Ability to understand customer requirements and translate them into clear documentation, action points, configuration inputs, or support tickets.
- Good verbal, written, and presentation skills, with the ability to communicate professionally with customers and internal teams.
- Ability to work independently on assigned tasks while collaborating with senior consultants and project teams.
- Strong learning mindset, attention to detail, teamwork skills, and ownership of deliverables.
- Ability and willingness to travel on-site for short-term, mid-term, or long-term assignments.

Nice to have
- Familiarity with IFS Applications, IFS Cloud, SuccessFactors, Oracle, SAP, Microsoft Dynamics, or similar ERP platforms is preferred.
