About the role
This is a unique opportunity for ambitious Software Engineers to join an early-stage software startup as part of the founding team. The role involves collaborating with the founder and other engineers to design, develop, and launch innovative software products aimed at international markets. Responsibilities include hands-on product development, technical decision-making, and the potential to grow into a technical leadership or Co-Founder role. The position is remote and flexible, allowing you to contribute alongside your current job or studies. There is no salary or financial compensation until the company achieves positive cash flow; instead, equity and brand ownership are offered, with terms to be agreed upon individually.
Must have
- Has software development skills and a strong technical foundation
- Enjoys solving problems and building practical solutions
- Is proactive, collaborative and willing to take ownership
- Can work independently in a remote environment
- Is interested in startups, product development and entrepreneurship
- Is comfortable learning new technologies and adapting to challenges
- Wants to help build a business rather than simply complete assigned tasks
- Is motivated to contribute to a long-term technology venture
Nice to have
- Experience with modern frameworks, databases, APIs, cloud platforms or AI integration is an advantage
- Developers with strong fundamentals, personal projects and a willingness to learn are also encouraged to apply
Highlights
