About the role
CyphLab (Pvt) Ltd is offering a paid internship for a Business Analyst / Project Manager Intern to work on real-world software, mobile app, and AI projects. The intern will be responsible for gathering and analyzing client requirements, conducting client discussions, creating project documentation, coordinating with various teams, managing project tasks and timelines, tracking progress, assisting with client communication, and helping to resolve project issues. The role is designed for candidates interested in both Business Analysis and Project Management who want to gain practical industry experience. Applicants should have a basic understanding of business analysis, project management, and software development processes, along with strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
Must have
- Basic understanding of Business Analysis and Project Management
- Good communication and presentation skills
- Strong organizational and problem-solving skills
- Ability to communicate professionally with clients and team members
- Basic understanding of software development processes
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and follow deadlines
- Willingness to learn and work in a fast-paced technology environment
Nice to have
- Familiarity with tools such as Jira, Trello, ClickUp, Notion, or similar will be an advantage
