About the role

Nature Ceylon Trading (Pvt) Ltd, the home of EMINENT Artisan Ceylon Tea, is seeking a creative and digitally skilled professional to manage the brand’s visual identity, website, and social media presence, and drive digital marketing for both local and international markets. The role involves designing creative graphics for digital channels, managing the company website, handling social media platforms, executing paid advertising campaigns, developing content calendars, maintaining brand identity, monitoring performance, assisting with packaging artwork, and collaborating with internal and external agencies. The ideal candidate will have a diploma or degree in a relevant field, 2-4 years of experience, and proficiency in design and digital marketing tools.

Must have

Diploma or Degree in Graphic Design, Multimedia, Digital Marketing, Marketing, IT or a related field.
2-4 years of relevant experience in graphic design, social media management and/or digital marketing.
Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator and InDesign (Canva is an advantage).
Good video editing skills (Premiere Pro, After Effects, CapCut or similar).
Experience with Meta Ads Manager and Google Ads.
Experience in managing websites (WordPress, Shopify or similar CMS).
Knowledge of SEO, Google Analytics and digital marketing tools.
Strong creative sense for premium brands (FMCG, food & beverage, preferably tea).
Good written English and copywriting skills.
Knowledge of AI tools is an added advantage.
Ability to work independently, manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
