Software Implementation Officer

About the role

The Software Implementation Officer at ICS Computer Systems in Gampaha will be responsible for entering and managing data in ERP/POS systems, assisting with system implementation at client sites, providing basic user training and support, handling documentation and reports, and coordinating with clients and the internal team.
