Manager - Software Engineering (Flutter Mobile & Web Developer)
About the role
The Manager - Software Engineering (Flutter Mobile & Web Developer) will oversee the design, development, and maintenance of scalable applications using Flutter and Dart for Android, iOS, and Web platforms. The role involves building responsive and high-performing applications, developing reusable components, integrating with RESTful APIs and enterprise systems, and ensuring secure authentication and mobile security controls. The manager will also handle application deployments, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and participate in technical design and continuous improvement initiatives. The position requires strong hands-on experience in Flutter and Dart, a solid understanding of mobile application architecture, and experience with deployment and security best practices.
Must have
- Strong hands-on experience in Flutter and Dart development.
- Experience developing and maintaining applications for Android, iOS, and Flutter Web.
- Sound knowledge of BLoC, Cubit, Riverpod, Provider, or other state-management frameworks.
- Minimum 7 years’ experience in software development - Flutter Mobile & Web Developer
- Experience with REST APIs, JSON, Dio, HTTP, and backend integrations.
- Good understanding of mobile application architecture, design patterns, and software engineering best practices.
- Experience with Firebase services including Cloud Messaging, Analytics, Crashlytics, and Remote Config.
- Familiarity with Git, CI/CD pipelines, and source control best practices.
- Strong understanding of application security concepts including OAuth 2.0, JWT, secure storage, SSL/TLS, and OWASP Mobile Security principles.
- Experience with application deployment, release management, and certificate/signing management for Android and iOS platforms.
Nice to have
- Experience with Google Cloud Platform (GCP) services.
- Exposure to GraphQL, WebSockets, and advanced API integrations.
- Experience with customer engagement platforms such as CleverTap.
- Knowledge of Flutter performance optimization, monitoring, and analytics.
- Experience working in Agile software development environments.
