About the role
The Lead GenAI Engineer will be responsible for leading the design and development of innovative Generative AI and Agentic AI solutions. The role involves collaborating with cross-functional teams, mentoring AI/ML engineers, researching emerging AI technologies, and ensuring the quality and performance of AI models. Candidates should have 5–7 years of experience and a background in AI/ML solution development, with proficiency in relevant programming languages and frameworks. The position is based in Colombo, Sri Lanka, and requires a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
