About the role
The Digital Transformation Executive is responsible for supporting digital transformation initiatives within a healthcare setting, focusing on workflow automation, AI adoption, and digital health solutions to enhance operational efficiency and patient experience. The role includes coordinating digital projects, integrating hospital systems, identifying opportunities for process improvement, evaluating new technologies, and monitoring project outcomes in collaboration with clinical, operational, and ICT teams.
Must have
- Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, Information Systems, Health Informatics, or a related field.
- Minimum one year of relevant experience in IT implementation, digital transformation, process improvement, analytics, or healthcare technology.
Nice to have
- Knowledge of healthcare systems, workflow automation, APIs, data analytics, and AI technologies is an added advantage.
