Junior Executive - IT Systems
About the role
The Junior Executive - IT Systems will support SFA systems to ensure system reliability, data integrity, user support, reporting, and continuous improvement. The role involves providing application support, training, and coordinating system enhancements across various business divisions. Key responsibilities include managing day-to-day operations of SFA systems, monitoring system performance, managing user accounts, coordinating upgrades, ensuring compliance with business processes, supporting dashboard/report development, participating in project implementations, and providing application support and training for sales teams.
Must have
- Bachelor’s degree in information technology, Computer Science, Information Systems, or an equivalent qualification is required.
- 2 to 3 years of experience in business application support, SFA, CRM, ERP, or related enterprise systems.
- Experience supporting mobile or cloud-based business applications and Power BI & automations expertise.
- Good communications skills required in English and Sinhala or Tamil to interact with stakeholders at all levels of organization.
- Ability to work independently.
Nice to have
- Experience working with SAP integrated environments is preferred.
- Exposure to sales, distribution, healthcare, FMCG, or merchandising operations would be advantageous.
