About the role
The Analyst, Strategic Partnerships at Soundmouse (a BMI company) will provide administrative and analytical support to the Head of Strategic Partnerships. The role involves supporting acquisition and partnership evaluations, preparing management briefing materials, summarizing business and financial information, assisting with presentation materials, monitoring project milestones and budgets, and coordinating meetings and travel. The analyst will also manage executive calendars, handle correspondence, maintain digital archives, and conduct basic research on industry trends and target companies. This position offers exposure to global strategic operations within a leading music rights company and requires strong organizational, communication, and technical skills.
Must have
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business Management, Economics, or a related field.
- 5+ years of combined experience in executive administrative support, operations coordination, or support analyst roles, preferably within global financial services, corporate finance, or advisory firms.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office 365 (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and cloud collaboration tools (Google Workspace, MS Teams, Zoom, Slack).
- Exceptional written and spoken English fluency, with a polished professional tone suitable for interacting with global stakeholders.
- High attention to detail, strong time management skills, proactive problem solving and the ability to work independently with globally distributed teams.
