About the role
STEMarathon Pvt Ltd is hiring for two roles: Head of STEM & Robotics Academics and STEM & Robotics Instructors. The Head of STEM & Robotics Academics will lead the academic direction of STEM, science experiment, Arduino, mechatronics, and robotics programs for learners aged 3 to 18, oversee curriculum delivery, mentor instructors, develop new modules, and represent the organization at events. The STEM & Robotics Instructors will deliver hands-on lessons and workshops, adapt content for different age groups, prepare kits, and support various programs and events. Both roles require a bachelor's degree in a STEM field and practical skills in robotics and electronics. The company offers a structured, internationally accredited curriculum, small class sizes, and opportunities for growth.
Must have
- Bachelor's degree (essential) in Engineering (Mechatronics, Electronics, Electrical, Mechanical or Computer), Computer Science, Physics or a related STEM field.
- Proven experience teaching or leading STEM/robotics programmes for children or teens.
- Hands-on skills in Arduino, sensors, microcontrollers, basic electronics and robot building; Scratch/Python is a plus.
- Industry exposure in engineering, automation or tech is highly valued.
- Leadership skills and the ability to make complex ideas simple and fun.
- Bachelor's degree (essential) in Engineering, Computer Science, Physics or a related STEM field.
- Practical skills in Arduino, electronics, robotics kits and/or mechatronics.
Nice to have
- Master's degree is a strong advantage.
- Scratch/Python is a plus.
- Experience teaching or mentoring children is a big advantage.
- Industry or project experience is welcome.
