Associate Lead | Senior Associate Lead - Cyber Security
About the role
The Associate Lead / Senior Associate Lead - Cyber Security at First Capital is responsible for implementing components of the approved cyber strategy, preparing updates to policies and procedures, conducting risk assessments across various environments, and maintaining the cyber risk register. The role also involves reviewing vulnerability assessments, compiling audit evidence, supporting compliance with guidelines, and preparing cybersecurity metrics. Candidates should have a BSc in Cyber Security or a related field, 3-4 years of relevant experience, and strong technical, analytical, and communication skills. Must have
- BSc in Cyber Security, Information/Computer Security, Computing (Cybersecurity), Computer Science with Network Technology or a similar BSc with Cybersecurity as the major subject.
- 3-4 years of relevant experience in BFSI, IT, Network Security, Cyber Security, Technology Assurance, Cybersecurity Governance, Internal Audit or a related field.
- Strong technical knowledge of infrastructure, vulnerability management, and cloud technologies.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Good communication and stakeholder management skills.
Nice to have
- Professional certifications such as ISO 27001 / ISO 27701 Lead Auditor or Lead Implementer, CompTIA Security+, ISACA, ISC2 or other relevant cybersecurity qualifications will be an added advantage.
