IT Operations Executive | IT Intern
About the role
J&N Family Choice Sri Lanka is hiring for two positions: IT Operations Executive and IT Intern. The IT Operations Executive will be responsible for managing ERP system data and transactions, supporting users, coordinating with departments to resolve issues, and assisting with IT and system-related operational requirements. The IT Intern will gain practical experience by assisting with ERP system data entry, basic IT support, and routine system-related matters, as well as supporting business processes and performing other IT-related duties as assigned. Both roles offer exposure to ERP systems, business operations, and opportunities for career development within a growing FMCG export and distribution business.
Must have
- Diploma or Degree in IT, Business Management, Accounting, or a related field.
- Basic knowledge of business processes such as purchasing, sales, inventory, finance, or logistics.
- Sound knowledge of ERP systems and Microsoft Excel.
- Good attention to detail and willingness to learn.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
- Currently following or recently completed a Diploma, Degree, or professional qualification in IT, Computer Science, or a related field.
- Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office, particularly Excel.
- Basic understanding of ERP systems would be an added advantage.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
Nice to have
- Previous ERP experience will be an added advantage.
