Senior Software Engineer - Microsoft Dynamics 365
About the role
The Senior Software Engineer – Microsoft Dynamics 365 will join a CRM engineering team to design, develop, customize, integrate, and support enterprise-grade Microsoft Dynamics 365 solutions. The role involves hands-on engineering, collaborating with technical leads, solution architects, QA teams, and business stakeholders to deliver scalable and secure CRM solutions. Key responsibilities include developing and maintaining Dynamics 365 solutions, configuring CRM components, building custom extensions, enhancing business processes with Power Apps and Power Automate, developing Power BI dashboards, supporting integrations, performing data migrations, and participating in code reviews and deployments. The position requires strong technical skills in Dynamics 365, Power Platform, C#, .NET, JavaScript, and experience with integrations and data migration. Candidates should have at least 4 years of software engineering experience, strong analytical and communication skills, and the ability to work independently and collaboratively.
Must have
- Strong hands-on experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 / Dynamics CRM.
- Deep expertise in at least one core Dynamics 365 module: Sales, Customer Service, or Customer Insights.
- Strong practical experience with Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI.
- Solid development experience using C#, .NET, JavaScript.
- Experience working with REST APIs, OData, SQL Server, Enterprise system integrations.
- Experience with data migration and integration tools.
- Minimum 4+ years of software engineering experience, including strong hands-on experience in Microsoft Dynamics 365 development.
- Proven experience delivering Dynamics 365 customizations, integrations, enhancements, and support within enterprise environments.
- Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management capabilities.
- Ability to understand business requirements and translate them into effective technical solutions.
- Comfortable working independently while collaborating with cross-functional teams.
- Demonstrated ownership, accountability, and commitment to delivering high-quality solutions.
Nice to have
- Experience with Microsoft Azure services and cloud-based integrations.
- Understanding of: Security compliance standards, Role-based access control (RBAC), Data encryption practices.
- Experience managing Dynamics 365 platform updates, governance activities, code reviews, and performance optimization initiatives.
- Exposure to: Azure DevOps, Source Control Management, CI/CD Pipelines, Application Lifecycle Management (ALM).
- Microsoft certifications related to: Dynamics 365, Power Platform, Azure, Other relevant Microsoft technologies.
