About the role
Digital My Business (PVT) Ltd is seeking a Web Developer for a full-time, hybrid role based in Kandy. The Web Developer will be responsible for building, maintaining, and optimizing websites and web applications, working on both front-end and back-end development. Key duties include coding and testing new features, implementing responsive layouts, collaborating with designers and marketers, integrating APIs, troubleshooting issues, and ensuring performance, security, and compatibility across browsers and devices. Must have
- Candidates should possess strong Web Development skills, with experience across the full development lifecycle.
- Candidates should possess Front-End Development and Web Design skills to create responsive, user-friendly interfaces.
- Candidates should possess Back-End Web Development and Programming skills to build secure, scalable functionality and integrations.
- Strong problem-solving abilities, attention to detail, and the capacity to work effectively in a hybrid team environment are required.
Nice to have
- Experience with modern web technologies (e.g., HTML, CSS, JavaScript frameworks, server-side languages, databases) is beneficial.
- Familiarity with version control systems (such as Git) and collaborative development workflows is advantageous.
- A relevant diploma or degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience, is preferred.
