The role involves creating engaging content for social media platforms, appearing in videos, managing social media accounts, and communicating with audiences in Sinhala, Tamil, and English. Key responsibilities include developing creative ideas, writing scripts, recording and editing videos, writing captions, managing content schedules, engaging with followers, and monitoring content performance. Candidates should be comfortable on camera, possess strong communication and organizational skills, and have a basic understanding of social media management and video editing. Must have
- Ability to speak Sinhala, Tamil, and English confidently.
- Good reading and writing skills in these languages.
- Confidence in front of a camera.
- Creativity and an interest in social media trends.
- Basic video recording and editing skills.
- Understanding of social media management and audience engagement.
- Good communication, time management, and organisational skills.
- Willingness to learn, accept feedback, and work with the team.
