IT Executive
About the role
The IT Executive will provide technical support to employees, handling hardware, software, and IT-related issues. Key responsibilities include installing, configuring, and maintaining IT equipment, troubleshooting network and system problems, managing user accounts and IT security, and maintaining IT asset records. The role also involves coordinating with external IT service providers, assisting with data backup, and supporting IT security procedures. Candidates should have a diploma or degree in IT or a related field, previous experience in IT support or system administration, and knowledge of Windows operating systems, networking, and Microsoft 365. Must have
- A diploma or degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
- Previous experience in IT support, system administration, or a similar IT-related role.
- Knowledge of Windows operating systems, computer hardware, software installation, and troubleshooting.
- Basic understanding of computer networking, LAN/WAN, Wi-Fi, and network troubleshooting.
- Familiarity with Microsoft 365, email configuration, and user account management.
- Strong problem-solving, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- A proactive attitude with the ability to work independently and support team members.
