Associate Software Engineer
About the role
ALPHINTRA is seeking an Associate Software Engineer for a full-time, on-site position in Colombo. The role involves building and shipping backend features alongside engineering leads, setting up and maintaining automation pipelines and development tools, writing clean code, reviewing pull requests, debugging live issues, and optimizing system speed, reliability, and documentation. Candidates should have a degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field (fresh graduates or entry-level developers with solid projects are encouraged to apply), strong computer science fundamentals, and hands-on coding experience in Python, TypeScript, or Java. Applicants must be available to work full-time on-site in Colombo.
Must have
- Degree in CS, SE, or related field (fresh grads or entry-level devs with solid projects).
- Strong CS fundamentals (data structures, algorithms).
- Hands-on coding experience (Python, TypeScript, or Java).
