About the role
Lycerix, a product engineering company specializing in digital product development and AI integration, is seeking a Digital Marketing Executive. The role involves planning, developing, and executing marketing activities to strengthen the Lycerix brand and generate qualified B2B leads from international markets, especially the UK, USA, Canada, and Australia. The successful candidate will work closely with the leadership team to understand business objectives, develop marketing strategies, create content, manage digital channels, and track marketing performance. The position requires independent thinking, creativity, and initiative.
Must have
- 2–5 years of experience in marketing, digital marketing, or content creation.
- Strong understanding of marketing strategy, customer psychology, and lead generation.
- Experience with social media design tools such as Canva, Figma, or Adobe.
- Good English communication and content-writing skills.
- Knowledge of SEO, analytics, and digital advertising.
- Creative thinking, initiative, and the ability to work independently.
