About the role

Mitra is seeking an Agile Project Manager / Scrum Master with 2 to 5 years of experience to manage sprint execution and team delivery. The role involves orchestrating project workflows, facilitating Agile ceremonies, analyzing sprint metrics, and optimizing backlog priorities in collaboration with Product Owners. The Project Manager will act as a servant leader, resolving team conflicts, removing operational blockers, and ensuring high-quality, predictable releases while maintaining healthy team workloads. Responsibilities include organizing meetings, coaching team members, managing customer expectations, supporting backlog maintenance, and ensuring adherence to Agile best practices.
