Project Manager
About the role
The Project Manager will lead software development projects using Agile and Scrum methodologies, working closely with project teams, Product Owners, customers, and leadership to ensure effective delivery and continuous improvement. Responsibilities include facilitating Agile ceremonies, coaching team members, removing blockers, monitoring progress, supporting backlog management, managing changes and feedback, balancing priorities, and maintaining accurate project logs and billing sheets. The role also involves communicating product vision, managing customer expectations, and fostering a collaborative team environment. Candidates should have a bachelor's degree in Computing, IT, Business Management, or a related field, and 2–5 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in software development. Strong understanding of Agile/Scrum, communication, stakeholder management, and leadership skills are required.
Must have
- Bachelor’s degree in Computing, IT, Business Management, or a related field.
- 2–5 years of experience in a Project Manager or similar role, preferably within a software development environment.
- Strong understanding of Agile/Scrum methodologies.
- Ability to understand both business requirements and software engineering concepts.
- Strong communication, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to effectively manage priorities, competing demands, and multiple stakeholders.
- Strong team leadership and conflict-resolution skills.
Nice to have
- Professional certification such as PMP or CSM is preferred.
