About the role
Innovoo Solutions (Pvt) Ltd. is seeking an Art Director with at least 2 years of relevant experience to lead visual creative development for digital marketing campaigns, social media content, and branding projects. The role involves developing creative concepts, maintaining brand consistency, guiding creative team members, and managing multiple client brands. The candidate will also contribute directly to design production and explore innovative techniques, including AI-powered tools. Key responsibilities include overseeing visual quality, collaborating with social media managers, developing brand guidelines, and ensuring timely project delivery. Applicants should have strong graphic design skills, proficiency in Adobe tools, and a portfolio demonstrating relevant work.
Must have
- Minimum 2 years of experience in graphic design, art direction, or a related creative role.
- Diploma or degree in Graphic Design, Creative Multimedia, Advertising and Multimedia, Visual Communication, Digital Media, or a related field.
- Strong proficiency in Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator, and other relevant design tools.
- Excellent understanding of typography, colour theory, composition, layout, branding, and visual storytelling.
- Experience creating social media creatives, digital advertisements, and branding materials.
- Understanding of video production, motion graphics, and multimedia creative direction.
- Ability to develop original concepts and maintain distinct visual identities for different brands.
- Good communication, teamwork, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
- Strong attention to detail and the ability to provide clear, constructive creative feedback.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and deliver quality work within deadlines.
- A strong portfolio demonstrating graphic design, branding, social media campaigns, and creative concepts is essential.

- Familiarity with AI-powered creative tools is an added advantage.
