Associate Business Analyst
About the role
Prima Management Service (Private) Limited is seeking an Associate Business Analyst to efficiently identify customer requirements and find optimal solutions. The role involves actively participating in requirement management, handling documentation, elicitation, communication, and sign-off. Responsibilities include accurately identifying and documenting business requirements, ensuring solutions meet expected outcomes, collaborating with the software development team, and maintaining relationships with local and international clients. Candidates must have a bachelor's degree in IT or a related field, over one year of experience in a similar capacity, strong English writing and communication skills, and experience with tools such as Figma, Confluence, Jira, or other project management tools.
Must have
- A Bachelor's degree in IT or a related field.
- More than 01 year experience in similar capacity.
- Strong English writing and communication skills are mandatory.
- Experience with following tools is required: Figma, Confluence, Jira or other project management tools.
Nice to have
- Experience with Microsoft Azure is highly preferred.
- Knowledge of SQL queries is highly desirable and will be considered a significant advantage
