IT Executive
About the role
The IT Executive at Cycle Pure Incense will provide comprehensive support for the SFA system used by the Sales team, including training users, coordinating with vendors, and resolving system issues. The role also involves installing, configuring, and maintaining IT equipment, responding to user inquiries, maintaining IT documentation, and supporting new IT projects and process improvements. Candidates should have a relevant degree or diploma, 1-2 years of experience in IT operations, and proficiency in Windows technologies and MS Office 365. Good communication skills in English and Sinhala are required, and exposure to a manufacturing environment is advantageous. The position offers an opportunity to grow in business applications within a dynamic and expanding company.
Must have
- Bachelor's degree or Higher Diploma in IT, Computer Science, or a related field.
- A minimum of 1-2 years of experience in SFA, SAP ERP, end-user support, IT operations, Windows technologies, and network infrastructure.
- Proficient in MS Windows 10/11 operating systems, MS Office 365, printer management, and computer device maintenance.
- The ideal candidate should be result-driven, adaptable, flexible, resourceful, and have a positive attitude.
- Good communication skills in both English and Sinhala are required to interact with stakeholders at all levels of the organization.
Nice to have
- Exposure to a manufacturing environment will be a definite advantage.
