QA Engineering Internship
About the role
TX Solutions, a software solutions company specializing in AI, automation, ERP, web, and mobile applications, is seeking a QA Engineering Intern to join their engineering team. The intern will work closely with developers and project teams to ensure the quality and reliability of software products through manual testing, test case creation, bug reporting, regression testing, and exposure to basic test automation. The role offers hands-on experience with real-world software projects and the opportunity to learn modern QA practices and tools.
Must have
- Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree/diploma in Computer Science, Software Engineering, IT, or a related field.
- Basic understanding of software development and the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC).
- Good understanding of software testing fundamentals.
- Ability to write clear and structured test cases.
- Good problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Strong attention to detail.
- Good communication and teamwork skills.
- Willingness to learn new technologies and testing tools.
Nice to have
- Basic knowledge of API testing and tools such as Postman.
- Familiarity with Jira, Git, or similar development tools.
- Basic knowledge of SQL and databases.
- Experience with browser developer tools.
- Basic understanding of automation testing tools such as Playwright, Cypress, or Selenium.
- Previous academic or personal projects involving software testing.
