Senior Business Analyst
About the role
The Senior Business Analyst will work closely with business stakeholders to gather, analyze, and document business requirements, translating them into functional and technical specifications. The role involves conducting detailed analysis of business processes, preparing business and functional specification documents, applying Agile methodologies, and developing creative solutions for business outcomes. The analyst will also conduct data analysis, facilitate communication between stakeholders and technical teams, and support data-driven decision-making. Candidates should have a Bachelor's Degree in a relevant field and at least 8 years of experience in business analysis, with strong analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills. Must have
- Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Information Systems, Computer Science, or a related discipline.
- 8+ years of relevant experience in Business Analysis, preferably across multiple business domains.
- Strong ability to work independently, prioritize responsibilities, and manage multiple tasks/projects effectively.
- Excellent analytical and critical-thinking skills, with the ability to understand and simplify complex business processes.
- Strong communication, stakeholder management, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
- Ability to work effectively with both business and technical teams.
- Practical experience working within Agile environments.
Nice to have
- Experience with JIRA would be an added advantage.
