ORACLE FUSION FUNCTIONAL SENIOR – FINANCIALS / PPM
About the role
The role is for Oracle Fusion Functional Seniors specializing in Financials or PPM to join a team based in Colombo, Sri Lanka. The position involves leading Oracle ERP implementations, engaging in client-facing consulting, and handling business requirement gathering, solution design, integrations, data migration, application configuration, and testing. Responsibilities also include preparing functional documents, supporting project cycles, stakeholder coordination, user training, and PMO support. Candidates should have 4–8 years of relevant experience and a bachelor's degree in a related field. Knowledge of both Oracle Fusion Financials and PPM is advantageous, and professional finance qualifications are a plus.
Must have
- 4–8 years of relevant experience in Oracle Fusion PPM and/or Oracle Fusion Financials/EBS.
- Must have led at least 3 full-lifecycle Oracle ERP implementations.
- Experience in client-facing consulting roles.
- Strong understanding of business requirement gathering and solution design.
- Exposure to integrations, data conversion and migration activities.
- Hands-on experience in application configuration, functional specifications and testing.
- Experience supporting CRP, SIT and UAT cycles.
- Ability to prepare functional design documents, configuration workbooks and test scripts.
- Experience in stakeholder coordination, user training and PMO support.
- Knowledge of OUM, AIM or other implementation methodologies.
- Valid passport and willingness to travel for client engagements.
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, Engineering, IT or a related discipline.
Nice to have
- CA, CMA or MBA Finance is an added advantage.
- Knowledge of both domains (Financials and PPM) is an advantage.
