QA / IT Project Coordinator (Remote)
About the role
Voxal is seeking a QA / IT Project Coordinator to ensure the quality and timely delivery of digital projects for premium health, wellness, and lifestyle brands. The role involves end-to-end quality assurance, including testing builds for responsiveness, cross-browser compatibility, broken links, form submissions, CMS accuracy, and content parity. The coordinator will also maintain QA documentation, log issues, confirm fixes, and coordinate project timelines across design and development teams to ensure client work is delivered on schedule. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, has a strong QA mindset, possesses a real design sense, and is skilled in project coordination and communication. The position offers remote, flexible work and the opportunity to work on high-end projects within a collaborative team.
Must have
- A SHARP eye for detail. This is the most important part of the role. You catch what others miss.
- A strong QA mindset. You are comfortable testing websites across devices and browsers and methodical about how you do it.
- A real design sense. We hold a pixel-perfect standard, and you'll help protect it.
- Strong project coordination and organizational skills. You can juggle multiple builds without letting anything slip.
- Fluent with AI tools and project management platforms.
- Solid English communication. Clear, proactive, and reliable.
- A team player who can also work independently, follow up, and manage deadlines.
