About the role
The Intern – Operations (Smart Infrastructure Solutions) role involves supporting day-to-day operational activities, maintaining records and reports, monitoring operational data and KPIs, and coordinating with internal teams. The intern will also assist in identifying and resolving operational issues, contribute to process improvement initiatives, and leverage Generative AI tools to enhance productivity and support decision-making. This position offers exposure to business operations, shipping, clearance, logistics management, and AI-enabled business processes within a leading technology solutions company.
Must have
- Strong organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
- Regular user of Generative AI tools such as Microsoft Copilot, ChatGPT, Gemini, Claude, or similar platforms.
- Demonstrated ability to use AI tools for research, analysis, content creation, reporting, process optimization, and task automation.
- Strong attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple tasks effectively.
- A proactive mindset with a passion for innovation, technology, and continuous learning.
