Lead Full stack Engineer with AI Readiness
About the role
The Lead Full Stack Engineer with AI Readiness will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining scalable full-stack applications using Java, Spring Boot, REST APIs, and modern frontend technologies like React or Angular. The role involves integrating backend services and APIs, building responsive frontend interfaces, and incorporating Generative AI capabilities into enterprise applications using LLMs, RAG frameworks, and Azure AI services. The position requires collaboration with cross-functional teams, ensuring application performance and security, conducting code reviews, and staying updated on emerging technologies. The ideal candidate will have at least 5 years of hands-on experience in full-stack development and practical experience implementing AI solutions.
Must have
- Minimum 5+ years of hands-on experience in full-stack application development using Java, Spring Boot, REST APIs, Apache Kafka, and modern frontend technologies such as React or Angular.
- Proven experience in designing, developing, testing, and maintaining scalable enterprise applications.
- Practical experience in implementing AI and Generative AI solutions, including Large Language Models (LLMs), Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) frameworks, and Azure AI services.
- Experience integrating AI capabilities into enterprise applications to enhance functionality, automation, and user experience.
- Strong understanding of API integration, microservices architecture, and secure, scalable application development.
