About the role
The Technical Support Intern – Microsoft 365 & Azure at Xentura One (Pvt) Ltd will provide day-to-day support for clients using Microsoft 365 and Azure services. The role is full-time and on-site in Colombo, Sri Lanka. Key responsibilities include responding to support tickets, diagnosing and troubleshooting technical issues, guiding customers through basic configurations, maintaining documentation, escalating complex problems, and collaborating with technical and sales teams. The position offers hands-on exposure to cloud technologies and supports professional growth in enterprise technical support.
Must have
- Candidates should possess strong Technical Support and Troubleshooting skills, with a basic understanding of Microsoft 365 and Azure services.
- Candidates should possess Analytical Skills to assess issues, identify root causes, and recommend practical solutions.
- Candidates should possess Customer Support and Customer Satisfaction skills, with a focus on clear communication and empathetic service.
- Basic knowledge of networking, operating systems, and cloud concepts is beneficial.
- Ability to learn quickly, follow structured procedures, and work effectively in a team-oriented environment.
- Good written and verbal communication skills in English; proficiency in local languages is an advantage.
- Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree or diploma in IT, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
Nice to have
- Interest in building a career in cloud technologies and obtaining Microsoft certifications (e.g., Azure Fundamentals, Microsoft 365 Fundamentals) is highly desirable.
